Defining the four-station cartridge-making architecture

The current MVP is a Home HNB Cartridge Maker, not a separate handheld heater product. The engineering subject is a desktop machine that turns legal loose rolling tobacco into cartridge units through a controlled four-station process.

What we are working on

• Station one: tobacco pre-processing, loosening, and staged storage.
• Station two: precision dosing for variable loose tobacco.
• Station three: sleeve-protected filling into a paper tube.
• Station four: glycerin injection and plug sealing.

What we still need to learn

The next step is mapping which station creates the highest process risk before deciding what to prototype first.
